Alterations and extension to house using the following methods and materials.

Timber frame extension to rear of property with an additional extension to the west side of the property built in traditional brick and block method. The roof for all new extensions were made of sink metal sheeting. Roof to main house re slated with second hand slates.

A large amount of internal alterations and additional 6nr bathrooms were created and attic space turned into fourth bedroom. Windows and doors were mixed materials, some in aluminium and others in traditional timber. A purpose made spiral staircase was also done as a main feature of the property. New kitchen layout including installation of a new aga and the installations of 3nr log burners in different rooms. Various methods of floor finishes done such as parquet flooring, quarry tiling, traditional floor boarding and polished concrete floors. This property had a full rewiring and had new oil central heating and underfloor heating.

Externally a number of paved paths and ramps created and several stone retaining walls.
